St. John's WAKISO Secondary school is a private "O" and "A" level school registered by the Ministry Of Education and Sports. It is co-educational with day and boarding facilities. The school is interdenominational and intended to educate students from all backgrounds from within and outside the country.

The school is situated 14 KM along the Kampala-Hoima Road immediately after Wakiso town. It is therefore easy to access in addition to being near the district headquarter
